Turkey, Cheese, and Fruit Kabob
I ask the deli guy at Whole Foods to cut a ½-inch thick slab of Applegate Organic Turkey Breast for me. It usually comes out to about ¾ of a pound.
  • Turkey Breast, cut thick
  • Block of cheese
  • Apple
  • Pear
  • Lemon
  • Toothpicks
  1. Cut cheese and turkey into cubes.
  2. Cut apple and pear into cubes and squeeze lemon over fruit pieces to keep them from turning brown.
  3. Thread turkey, cheese, apple and pear pieces onto toothpicks.
  4. Serve with whole-grain crackers and a handful of pumpkin seeds if you like.
