Turkey, Cheese, and Fruit Kabob
I ask the deli guy at Whole Foods to cut a ½-inch thick slab of Applegate Organic Turkey Breast for me. It usually comes out to about ¾ of a pound.
- Turkey Breast, cut thick
- Block of cheese
- Cut cheese and turkey into cubes.
- Cut apple and pear into cubes and squeeze lemon over fruit pieces to keep them from turning brown.
- Thread turkey, cheese, apple and pear pieces onto toothpicks.
- Serve with whole-grain crackers and a handful of pumpkin seeds if you like.
