Crudité Platter
 
Some veggie ideas!
Ingredients
  • Asparagus (best to blanch first)
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Cauliflower
  • Celeriac
  • Celery
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Endive
  • Fennel
  • Green beans (best to blanch first)
  • Jicama
  • Radish
  • Red, yellow, orange peppers
  • Snow peas (best to blanch first)
  • Sugar snap peas
Instructions
  1. Wash, cut-up and arrange raw veggies on a platter. If you make one crudité platter a week and keep it in your fridge, you’ll have no excuse not to use all of those nutritious nuggets for snacking and in your meals.
