At Figs & Function, I’ll teach you how to get the healthiest foods into your life (and kitchen) without a lot of drama. I mean really, it’s just food. After a few weeks, it may become second nature to grab an apple over an Oreo. Who knows? Your tastebuds may actually begin to prefer the apple. I know, hard to believe, right? But it can happen.

The Function side of Figs & Function offers ways to organize your environment, including your home, office and mind. The mind tends to be the most cluttered, so we will address ways to organize that chaos with some breathing techniques and mindfulness based meditation tips, as well as self massage. In your physical surroundings, I’ll talk about ways to clear the clutter from all of the rooms in your home and office using Feng Shui principles of organization, so you can understand and reap the rewards of your efforts.
