“I Found My Thrill” Blueberry Smoothie
Blueberries are filled with a ton of antioxidants. Use unsweetened frozen blueberries when fresh are not available.

- 1 pear, core and seeds removed
- 1 ½ cups plain yogurt
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Ice cubes
